The Fitness Consulting Company Ltd owns the copyright and ownership for all the information. As a potential customer you may retrieve and display such information on your computer screen and print out individual pages from the website for the sole purpose of placing an order for our services. The copying, modifying or transmitting of the material for any other purposes is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to make changes to our Terms and Conditions and our website at any time. Any orders placed after the changes have taken place you the customer will be bound by such changes.
We make security a top priority and our systems have never been breached so far, however it is the responsibility of the user to check all materials for viruses before downloading them from this site.
All goods offered for sale through our web site are priced in UK Pounds Sterling (£)
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. In such a case it is our policy to contact you, and allow you to choose whether you wish to continue with the order at the corrected price.
You undertake that all details you provide us for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. You must provide us with your exact name and address that your credit card issuer has on file for you. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.
How do I purchase a Fitplan?
You can purchase a club subscription or plan (standalone plans are coming soon) through our website. You can order online and manage your account through the 'my account' section. If you require further information, you can email us at email@example.com.
How do Recurring Payments work?
When you sign up for a subscription, you authorise automatic card payments to occur at the selected frequency (usually monthly), these payments will continue until cancelled by you.
How do free trials work?
Our free trial gives you a no-obligation trial of fitplans to see what we offer and decide if fitplans is for you. At the time of starting your free trial you must provide your payment information so that your service can continue uninterrupted at the end of the month. If you decide that you do not wish to continue, you can cancel your subscription in the 'my account' area of the website. It is your responsibility to cancel if you do not wish to continue, we will not offer a refund in this case.
How do I cancel
If you wish to cancel, you can do this in the 'my account' area. We are a small team here at fitplans HQ, with most of our time spent on providing the service and improving our offering. It is almost always faster to cancel your account by logging in yourself than to request for us to do it for you, further to this if you are concerned about cancelling quickly before the next payment is taken, we strongly advise you to manage this, we can not accept responsibility for payments made to us after your cancellation request if we have insufficient time to action it.
Any voucher codes advertised online or elsewhere are only valid to the products stated. If used on other products we reserve the right to refuse the order or contact you for any additional payment that may be due. We use voucher codes as a way of identifying and compensating our partners who help us grow our business, voucher codes can not be applied to existing subscriptions so we encourage you to use them at sign up.
Activation of your account
We handle several aspects of the sign up process manually, which means you will not have instant access to your plan after payment. We can usually get your account activated in under an hour during business hours but aim to fulfill 100% of orders within 24 hours, 365 days per year.
Where can I use fitplans?
As long as you have an internet connection and a recognised credit or debit card, you can use fitplans from anywhere in the world. Our website can be easily translated by right clicking and selecting 'translate', however our app is in English. Our demonstrative videos will still help, however you will need a basic comprehension of English to make the most of the app.
The plans we provide are for informational purposes only and do not take your personal information into account, thus we can not be held responsible if you suffer an injury as a result of using our plans.
