Ingredients (serves 2)
8 oz of Beef Sirloin Strips
2 Cups of Broccoli
2 Cups of Cauliflower Rice
2 Tbsp of Coconut Aminos
1/2 Cup Onions
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
Pinch of Sea Salt and Pepper

Preparation

  1. Chop the spinach, onions and garlic and combine in a mixing bowl with the ground turkey, salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the coconut oil on medium in a pan. Form 6 patties and fry for 3-5 minutes each side.
  3. Once the burgers are ready add your favourite toppings to them and enjoy
