Ingredients (serves 2)
2 courgettes
8 oz of Shrimps
1 Cup of Bean Sprouts
1 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 Cup Green Onions
1/4 Cup of Coconut Aminos
2 Tbsp of Almond Butter
1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil

Preparation

  1. Place a pan on medium heat and add the coconut oil.
  2. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the pan with the shrimps. When the shrimps are ready add in the bean sprouts.
  3. Mix together the coconut aminos and the almond butter to form a thick sauce and toss it in the pan and lower the heat.
  4. Meanwhile spiralize the courgette and add it in the pan for the last 3 minutes to let it warm up a little bit but don’t leave the courgette noodles in for too long or else they will get very mushy.
