100 g of Smoked Salmon
2 Tbsp of Coconut Aminos
- This meal is extremely easy to prepare since everything is raw. Start with making the cauliflower rice by grating cauliflower.
- Scoop out half of an avocado.
- Combine everything in a large bowl with the cauliflower being the base.
- Next add in either raw sushi grade salmon or you can also use smoked salmon.
- Finally add one sheet of nori seaweed cut into small strips and top it all off with some coconut aminos for a healthier soy sauce alternative.
