Ingredients (makes 4 servings)
1 Cup of Berries
1 Can of Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup of Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp of Maple Syrup
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract

Preparation

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl except the berries.
  2. Stir well and then transfer the mixture to a sealed container.
  3. Let the chia seed pudding sit in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
  4. Once it is ready you can separate it into 4 servings and add a handful of berries on top.
