Ingredients (makes 4 servings)
1 Can of Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup of Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup of Raw Cacao Powder
Stevia to Taste

Preparation

  1. Combine the coconut milk and the chia seeds in a bowl. Stir well and then transfer the mixture to a sealed container.
  2. Let the chia seed pudding sit in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight. Once it is ready stir in the raw cacao powder and sweetener if needed.
