Ingredients
1 Cup of Almond Milk
1/2 Cup of Hemp Seeds
1/2 Cup of Blueberries
1 Tbsp of Ground Flax Seeds
1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract

Preparation

  1. Combine all of the ingredients except for the blueberries in a small pot, stir together and bring to a boil. Once it’s boiling bring down the heat to a low-medium.
  2. Allow the porridge to simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Once the mixture has thickened up remove it from the heat.
  4. Transfer the hemp seed porridge into a bowl and add the blueberries on top.
